Bio

I received my DPhil in Clinical Medicine in 2017 from the University of Oxford, where I worked under the guidance of Professor Sir Peter Ratcliffe to characterise the cellular role of a ribosomal hydroxylase enzyme within the 2-oxoglutarate oxygenase superfamily. I then held two post-doctoral researcher positions before joining NanoVation: one at University College London, to investigate gene editing approaches for the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis using lipid-based nanoparticles; and the second at the University of Oxford, to investigate the cellular functions of proteins responsible for regulating PTMs involved in DNA repair.
