Scientist II, Preclinical
Focus at NTx
Designing, planning and executing preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate biodistribution, safety and efficacy of novel NTx lipid nanoparticle compositions for nucleic acid delivery (mRNA, plasmid DNA, ASO’s)
I have over 8 years of drug delivery research experience conducting preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate the biodistribution, safety and efficacy of lipid nanoparticles for protein and nucleic acid delivery. I completed a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy in Mumbai, India; a master’s and a PhD degree in pharmacology at Northeastern University in Boston, USA; and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience at Krembil Brain Institute, UHN, in Toronto, Canada.
