Bio

My work is driven by a strong interest in connecting innovative science with the right partners, capital and strategy to accelerate impact for patients. Over the past decade, my career has spanned preclinical research, venture creation and biotech business development.

Previously, I led partnership sourcing, scientific due diligence and commercialization strategy for early-stage biotech assets at adMare BioInnovations, where I evaluated emerging technologies and helped originate discovery stage research collaborations across academia, startups and biopharma.

Earlier in my career, I served as Chief Scientific Officer at the Mazumdar Shaw Center for Translational Research, building a translational genomics and precision oncology program, leading multidisciplinary teams and developing partnerships that supported the commercialization of diagnostic platforms and research programs.

I obtained my PhD in Bioengineering from Clemson University, and an MBA from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. My scientific foundation includes postdoctoral research at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where I developed novel RNAi-based therapeutics for acute myeloid leukemia.
