I have enjoyed a rich and varied career in a range of industries, but I am happy to have found a great fit in Operations in the Biotech sector. I started my science career in analytical environmental sciences, operating various chromatography instruments and leading many training initiatives. I eventually switched to life sciences. The laboratory manager role suits me well, as I have always thrived in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment where I can collaborate with others. I have a passion for the connections between people that form happy teams, and for ensuring a smoothly-functioning lab to enable great science.
