Our leaders have extensive experience translating therapeutics into the clinic, over 70 cumulative years’ experience in the design of new lipid nanoparticle (LNP) systems, and a well-proven track record in the field of RNA structure and function.

NanoVation TherapeuticsTM scientists devised the LNP technology and designed the ionizable lipid architectures that enabled the first-ever siRNA drug (Onpattro) and the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine (Comirnaty).
