Bio
I have over 15 years experience in Organic Chemistry and synthetic development, including 5 years focussing on the development of structurally novel lipids to encapsulate and deliver therapeutic nucleic acids. I was a research scientist at the University of British Columbia before joining Nanovation as a senior scientist to design and synthesize next-generation compounds for gene therapy. I hold a PhD in organic chemistry from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS).
